Yordan Villalon

Founder & CEO, Villalon Vision

Growing up in Miami as a Cuban immigrant, he’s navigated through education without a clear goal. A time he describes as being blissfully curious. Yordan credits those experiences for giving birth to his academic curiosity, and his early development of empathy.

Despite many obstacles, he’s used sports as his catalyst to complete his education and later became the first in his family to attain a degree. His mission in seeking to feel and understand the perspectives of others have made him a relatable leader.

He believes that these experiences helped him develop his global approach and effectiveness with almost any culture. Building his cultural dexterity has enabled him to navigate through new organizations while adding value and appreciating diverse lived experiences.
