Ullisses Caruso

Ullisses’ story is a testament to determination and courage against all odds. Born in a middle-class family in Brazil, without a bachelor’s degree and technical background, he started as a junior at IBM, and today he is a successful Strategy and Operations leader. With 19 years of experience, he has managed a large organization in the Philippines and achieved several milestones, including Agile and Client Advocacy program implementation, two innovation awards, two Grand Stevie Awards, and a pro bono assignment in India. He lives in the USA today with his husband and two cats, proud of his diversity and experiences.
