Tatiana Quaife is a Latina executive with more than 10 years of leadership experience at two top companies – The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble. Her journey of moving to a different country all by herself to follow her dreams and “growing up” in corporate America as a woman of color had many bumps along the way but she learned a lot. She is now on a mission to change the face of corporate America while helping other Hispanic leaders rise, because deep down she doesn’t want her daughter to still see graphs and statistics showing how underrepresented Hispanics are.
