Sujeily Fonseca-Gonzalez is a Puerto Rican with studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Practice and Professional Ethics. She conducted research in video games, education, machine learning, embedded systems, etc., of which she authored/co-authored research papers.
Sujeily had multiple leadership and development roles. She is a Software Engineering Manager for IBM MultiCloud SaaS Platform, leading high-performing teams, collaborating with stakeholders/clients, and driving Agile ceremonies and social/growth activities.
Sujeily leads ERG/BRG initiatives through the IBM Hispanic Executive Council and drives technical symposiums/initiatives through the IBM Carolinas Technical Expert Council. She has achieved corporate awards and is a career mentor and coach.
