Rita Bautista

Rita Bautista is passionate about elevating cultura and inspiring others. This first-generation American, born to Honduran parents, founded the Latina Podcasters in 2019 as a way for big brands to reach first-generation US Hispanics and the Latinx community through the authentic voices of podcasters. As a part of this effort, Rita founded the Latina Podcasters Network and Latino Pods and has worked extensively for more than a decade, representing the Latinx culture in education, government, business, and sports. She also enjoys being outdoors while teaching classes as a certified yoga instructor.
