Monique Le is the Managing Director and Head of iShares Digital Wealth and Individual Investor Business (DW&I). She shapes strategy and execution for the largest and fastest-growing US wealth channel. Monique focuses on servicing digital investment platforms and non-financial brands launching investment products. She manages strategic partnerships and scaled distribution to increase iShares’ market share. With over a decade of experience in brand building and business strategy, Monique is dedicated to empowering investors with tools and knowledge. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, serving as the Global Co-Chair of the firm’s SOMOS Latinx Employee Network. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and resides in Jersey City with her family.
