Monica was born and raised in Puerto Rico, completing multiple degrees in Information Management, Medical Coding, and Business Management from the InterAmerican University of P.R. She then moved to Massachusetts and completed studies at Fisher College, Boston.
Her education and curious mind were the catalysts that opened the doors to the Insurance Industry, Leadership, and Community Building. Committed to growth, innovation, and transformation, Monica’s focus is to continue driving significant impact by changing the way people think and perform, fostering inclusivity and diversification. She aims to help build a bridge for individuals to lead, manage, and operate differently.
