MJ ACOSTA

MJ Acosta is the first ever Afro-Latina reporter and host at the NFL Network. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she contributes to shows such as NFL Total Access, NFL GameDay Morning, NFL Now, and across multiple platforms for NFL Mexico and NFL Español. MJ started her career in local news covering sports, entertainment, and hard news in Miami, Florida, and San Diego, California. Early on, MJ graced the sidelines as both a reporter and a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader. In her nearly decadelong career, the Emmy award-winning journalist continues her work as an advocate for representation and equality. MJ works closely with women’s empowerment groups such as A Seat at the Table, and is dedicated to amplifying the voice of marginalized communities.
