Melissa is a certified life coach, author, and Human Resources professional with a passion for Learning & Development and Talent Management. Melissa has 19 years of experience in HR and is currently leading Talent Management processes for ~18,000 professionals in PepsiCo. She published Zero Regrets in 2019 as a coaching guide to help individuals lead a better quality of life. Melissa’s learning & development work has won seven external excellence awards between 2017-2020. She has a Masters in Entrepreneurship from SMU, a Bachelors in Business from the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology.
