Luis Enrique Fernández Torres is a project consultant at APCO’s Washington, D.C. office, supporting APCO’s Ideas and UN teams, as well as new business development efforts for various industries and markets, especially Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Florida and is pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Georgetown University. Originally from La Habana, Cuba, Mr. Torres migrated to the United States at age 12 and has a passion for creative expression.
