Krys Molina

Sr. Manager, US Portfolio Acceleration Team – Advanced Analytics, Pfizer.

Krys R. Molina is from New York City and identifies as Ecuadorian-American. At 10 years old, Krys became a Prep for Prep scholar – a unique program that creates access for young people of color to receive first-rate education, leadership development, and professional opportunities. This incredible platform transformed her educational journey. Krys graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Mathematics-Statistics in 2019. After graduating, she began her career at Pfizer where she served as a key member on the COVID-19 Vaccine Team and the COVID-19 Vaccine Dashboards Team. Today, Krys is a Sr. Manager on the Portfolio Acceleration team within the Oncology division, where she creates strategic and innovative analytic solutions for all the brands in the portfolio.
Krys currently lives in New Jersey with her husband Bradley and her beloved dog Athena.
