KAREN SILES
Karen Mariela Siles was born and raised in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Her family migrated to America in 1998, moving to the Northern Virginia area to be close to the Bolivian Community. In May 2007, she graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. She followed her passion to work for the company of her dreams, IBM Corporation. In July 2007, Karen moved to Austin, Texas, and is currently a Senior Delivery Manager for IBM Cloud Block Storage Services. In May 2019, she obtained an M.S. in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the University of Texas-Austin.
