Jesus Mantas is a Senior Managing Partner in IBM Services where he is responsible for global strategy, innovation, and corporate development for IBM’s Global Business Services. He has led IBM Business Consulting and IBM Business Process units, IBM GBS in Latin America and he is widely recognized for his ability to innovate and transform enterprises, and his expertise on design-led, technology powered, human-centric transformation. Jesus serves on IBM’s AI Ethics Board, IBM Services Board, and co-chairs IBM’s Hispanic Diversity Council. He sits in the board of directors of Biogen Inc., the world leader in neuroscience. He was named one of the Top 25 Global Consulting Leaders by Consulting Magazine and has been recognized with other awards for his commitment to Hispanic diversity.
