Jessica Muñoz is the daughter of immigrants from Michoacán, Mexico. She was born and raised in Illinois. She is currently a fourth-year medical student at the Ohio State University College of Medicine, specializing in emergency medicine. In her spare time, Jessica is a social justice and mental health advocate.
