Ilse Calderon is a principal at an early-stage venture capital rm, OVO Fund. She first joined OVO as an associate three years ago and has quickly moved up to principal. At OVO Ilse is part of a two-person team that sources and invests in ten to twelve start-ups per year that are raising their first round of capital.

Ilse spends a lot of time advocating her thesis, e Rise of the Hypercultural Latinx, that focuses on finding companies and founders that sell products, platforms, or services to the 20% of the US population who are Latinx.
