His current role is Director of Talent Acquisition and founder of the first Hispanic/Latin ERG at Warner Music Group. Previously, he was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Univision and has worked for companies such as Verizon, PR Newswire, McGraw Hill, and Gartner.
