Elizabeth Caraballo

Elizabeth Caraballo was born in Cape May County, NJ to Puerto Rican parents. She is SVP, Diverse Talent Strategy at Synchrony Financial and has dedicated her career to developing talent throughout the variety of leadership roles she has held in Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and now Human Resources. Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College. She is an SHRM-Certified Professional and holds a Villanova certification in Strategic Business Partnership.

Elizabeth is currently the Board Chair for the Central Florida Children’s Home Society Advisory Board. Additionally, Elizabeth has the Program Director for the Latinx Executive Alliance sponsored by Synchrony Financial.”
