Clara Lucia Jaramillo-Carrier is an expert in transformational leadership and coaching with more than 40,000 hours of studying and training to her credit. A proud Colombian American, she is a speaker and founder of Awaken Your Purpose and Breaking Through Consulting & Coaching. With more than 20 years in the corporate world as a strategist, communicator, marketer, and journalist, Clara Lucia holds a Master of Arts in transformational leadership and coaching and two graduate certificates from Wright Graduate University, one in emotional intelligence and another in transformational coaching. She is also an Associated Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
