Christian Zani
Executive Search Lead, IBM
Christian Zani is an Executive Search Lead and Diversity Advocate within IBM’s Global Executive Search and Integration team. He is responsible for identifying and attracting Partner-level talent to the firm. Prior to IBM, he served as Project Manager for Korn Ferry and spent 6+ years as an Executive Recruiter with EY. He is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He also lived for 13 years in Guatemala where his family served as missionaries. Christian currently resides in Dallas, Texas, and is married to his beautiful wife Liliana, who is from Mexico, and a proud stepfather to Andres and Braulio. Christian is an avid musician, producer, and writer. He also loves the opportunity to volunteer, serve in his church, mentor, and coach others.
