Catherine is a passionate Technical Brand Specialist at IBM, providing technical consultation to clients in Financial Services Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. As a SHPE lifetime member, she co-created a virtual conference for Latinas in STEM, inspiring over 250 individuals. Catherine continues to promote diversity in STEM through her work and leadership in the Familia@IBM group, organizing events and co-creating the WAAH+IBM Latinos of Impact Webinar. She is recognized for her advocacy for diversity in STEM and mentorship, featured on SHPE, SHARE, and Business Insider.
